Healthcare is a fundamental right of society as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, Article 28 H, Paragraph (1), which states, "Everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual well-being, to have a place to live, and to obtain a good and healthy environment, as well as the right to receive healthcare services." Currently, the development of the healthcare sector in Indonesia appears to be less than optimal. The government has not provided equitable quality healthcare services, even though a key factor for people to be productive in their activities is having a healthy body, which should be supported by good and optimal healthcare services.
The goal of healthcare services is to achieve a level of public health that meets expectations (consumer satisfaction) through excellent service by providers who meet expectations (provider satisfaction) and the administration of healthcare institutions (institutional satisfaction). The interaction among these three main pillars of healthcare—consumer, provider, and institution—must be harmonious, balanced, and aligned to ensure satisfactory healthcare services.
Recognizing the importance of comprehensive healthcare support, we aim to establish a healthcare facility that can be accessed by everyone, anywhere, and anytime, while adhering to health protocols. We intend to build a healthcare service that provides both onsite (clinic-based) and homecare visit options for patients who need medical attention but cannot travel to existing healthcare facilities, ensuring they receive adequate healthcare services.
To provide flexible, easy, safe, reliable, and affordable healthcare services based on values of care and responsiveness, serving all groups and segments of society.
a. Create healthcare services that are accessible to all segments of society, anytime and anywhere.
b. Foster a safe and comfortable service environment for patients, their families, and clinic visitors.
c. Build mutual trust among all stakeholders, including healthcare partners, patients, and their families, to support optimal healthcare delivery.
d. Establish a positive public image for the clinic to gain community sympathy and trust for receiving medical care both at the clinic and through home visits.
e. Provide facilities that address community aspirations in terms of cost, geographic location, and culture, to reach all social groups and layers of society.
f. Uphold a service attitude that values care and responsiveness in serving the community.
